Rosedale is an authentic, versatile venue with a variety of spaces. The lush grounds provide options to create a unique marquee for events up to 80. The ‘old bakery’ provides a casual outdoor dining space for 40 people, while the soon to be built Orangery, set in the restored hay shed with rustic brick herringbone floor and citrus trees in terracotta pots, is set beside the Italian style pool. Each space provides an elegant environment for a wedding party or any event for up to 80 guests. Our function venues are reserved for one function at a time, so you will have the exclusive use of the areas around our venues.

The old bakery
Seats 40 guests at one long table.
Dine in style in our original and historic bakery, once the original kitchen for the property.
Boarded by hedging and established ornamental pear trees, the space feels connected to both the house and the garden, and overlooks the back garden, buxus lane and poultry house.

The Orangery

Characterised by its rustic brick herringbone floor, tall roof, the Orangery situated by the Italian style pool is generally used for intimate formal functions, or set up a table alongside the pool and pool house.
